Chính sách bảo mật này mô tả cách thức http://trenet.com.vn/app/hr thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân người dùng khi truy cập và sử dụng website tuyển dụng http://trenet.com.vn/app/hr.
Trenet yêu cầu người dùng cung cấp thông tin cơ bản: email, số điện thoại, tên đăng nhập, mật khẩu, thông tin hồ sơ (họ tên, kinh nghiệm, kỹ năng) và thông tin công ty khi đăng ký tài khoản. Trenet thu thập các thông tin này nhằm mục đích:
- Xác thực tài khoản người dùng;
- Quản lý hồ sơ ứng viên, quản lý tin tuyển dụng và nhóm HR;
- Đồng bộ dữ liệu giữa nhiều thiết bị;
- Gửi thông báo và hỗ trợ quá trình tuyển dụng.
Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cũng như không giải quyết bất cứ khiếu nại và tranh chấp nào trong trường hợp thông tin ứng viên cung cấp bị giả mạo, sai lệch, không chính xác, không đầy đủ hoặc chưa được cập nhật mới nhất.
2. Dịch vụ, ứng dụng liên kết với Trenet
Trenet có thể yêu cầu quyền truy cập sau khi người dùng đồng ý:
- Quyền truy cập Internet;
- Lưu trữ cục bộ (để tải lên CV, tài liệu);
- Quyền thông báo để gửi thông báo tuyển dụng;
Nếu người dùng chọn liên kết tài khoản bên thứ ba (Google, Facebook), Trenet chỉ lấy email và ảnh đại diện công khai để hỗ trợ đăng nhập nhanh (nếu có).
3. Phạm vi sử dụng thông tin
Trenet sử dụng thông tin cho các mục đích sau:
- Cung cấp các tính năng của ứng dụng (đăng tuyển, tìm việc, quản lý nhóm);
- Liên hệ và thông báo tới người dùng liên quan đến tuyển dụng, cơ hội việc làm phù hợp cũng như quá trình ứng tuyển;
- Quản lý tài khoản người dùng;
- Ngăn chặn hành vi giả mạo và gian lận;
- Cung cấp thông tin người dùng cho cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền hoặc theo quy định của pháp luật;
- Hỗ trợ xử lý khiếu nại và tuân thủ yêu cầu pháp lý khi cần thiết.
Trenet không bán hoặc chuyển giao dữ liệu cá nhân cho bên thứ ba khi không có sự đồng ý của người dùng, trừ trường hợp pháp luật yêu cầu.
Các ứng dụng nghiêm cấm mọi hành vi đăng tải nội dung độc hại, đổi trụy, xâm hại trẻ em. Mọi bài viết vi phạm sẽ bị ban quản trị xóa ngay lập tức và khóa tài khoản thành viên.
4. Thời gian lưu trữ và bảo mật thông tin
Dữ liệu cá nhân được lưu trữ an toàn trên hệ thống của Trenet. Người dùng có quyền cập nhật, chỉnh sửa hoặc yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu. Trong một số trường hợp để giải quyết tranh chấp hoặc thực thi pháp luật, Trenet có thể khôi phục dữ liệu.
5. Phương tiện và công cụ để người dùng chỉnh sửa dữ liệu
Người dùng có thể đăng nhập và chỉnh sửa thông tin cá nhân trong ứng dụng. Ngoài ra, người dùng có thể gửi yêu cầu tới đội ngũ hỗ trợ để được hỗ trợ cập nhật hoặc xóa dữ liệu.
6. Cam kết bảo mật thông tin cá nhân
Trenet cam kết:
- Không sử dụng hay chuyển giao dữ liệu cá nhân khi chưa có sự đồng ý;
- Áp dụng biện pháp kỹ thuật để bảo vệ dữ liệu; mật khẩu được mã hóa an toàn;
- Tuân thủ pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.

Trenet requires users to provide basic information including: email, phone number, username, password, profile information (full name, experience, skills), and company information when registering an account. This information is collected for the following purposes:

Trenet does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties without user consent, except where required by law.
The applications prohibit any act of posting harmful, obscene, child-endangering content. Any violating posts will be immediately deleted by the management and the member account will be locked.
